How do you quote? Can you invoice?
We don't publish a rate card — complexity varies too much per project. Send the requirements and you'll have a fixed price written into the contract within 30 minutes, with no hidden fees afterwards. Bank transfer, Alipay and WeChat Pay accepted; VAT invoices (general or special) available.
How many revisions? What if we're not happy?
Milestone-based revisions: unlimited minor adjustments within each stage, plus 7 days of free tweaks after delivery. Slide projects can show style samples before prepayment. Every project runs 50% upfront with the balance due only after you approve — the risk sits with us.
What are typical delivery times?
