How do you price a website?
A fixed price by page count and modules, quoted contract-ready within 30 minutes — covering design, development, deployment and SEO infrastructure. Domain and hosting are separate (usually a few hundred yuan a year).

Source code and documentation are handed over; add a lightweight CMS or an annual maintenance plan if you update often. The stack is mainstream — any engineer can take over.
