JS Tech provides presentation design, business plan writing, industry research, UI design, mini-program/mini-game/app development, website building, AI skill and agent development, and workbench customization. The exact scope, deliverables and schedule are defined by the signed contract or order.
Work is priced as a fixed total (workload × complexity) written into the contract — no hidden fees afterwards. Payment rhythm: 50% to start, the balance due only after you approve. Bank transfer and VAT invoicing supported.
Minor adjustments within each stage are unlimited; 7 days of free tweaks after delivery; mini-program and workbench projects include 3-12 months of free maintenance per contract. Out-of-scope requests are quoted separately as added work.
Upon approval, IP of all deliverables — source files and code — transfers to the client. We retain the right to show anonymized case studies for self-promotion (confidential projects excepted, per NDA). Both parties owe confidentiality; business plan and research projects include an NDA by default.
Delays caused by inaccurate client materials, third-party platform policy changes or force majeure are resolved through discussion. Disputes are settled amicably first; failing that, by the competent court at our registered location.
